I ordered a frigidaire gallery refrigerator. The unit came in about 2 weeks. When it came, it was damaged. There was a big dent in the side of the unit. I was not home at the time - the people who were doing my kitchen tried to call me but they could not reach me. So, they did not accept delivery. this turned out to be a very very good move. i was on the phone with them later that day. they said that they would replace the damaged unit...same deal no extra charges. I can't imagine what I would have went through if I was trying to replace a damaged unit with the manufacturer. after two weeks i didn't hear anything from US appliance. i called them and it came the next week. all in all, it was a little more than two weeks at first, then some calls, then a little more than three weeks - in total it took about six weeks time to get the unit. this replacement unit has worked out alright. i did not buy an extended warranty. the icemaker broke after a year and a half. i had it fixed for about $120. other than that it has worked fine. u.s. appliance was good to deal with. for the price, i can't complain!
