I had the same problem as some other people. Ordered a shirt online, it was back-ordered, to be shipped the beginning of December. I did receive it on time, but it was damaged and completely unwearable. I requested a return label, was informed I would receive it via email in 24-48 hours. 3 days later still had not received it so I called again. I had them mail me one. Finally get it and return my item with their return shipping label. 4 weeks later, I have been told by FIVE different people that it cannot be found and that they opened an investigation to see where the package is. Last night some idiot apparently thought I would like to go through this entire process twice and had a replacement shipped to me. Called tonight to find out what the h*ll thats about, and I will have to return it and do this all again, while STILL waiting for my original refund. I have been told multiple times there is no manager there between 10p and 8am eastern time (really?). I have also been told multiple times a manager would call me to get this resolved, and big surprise, I haven't heard a peep. I have determined the combined IQ of their staff is that of an eggplant, at best. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
