I had some initial difficulty getting the Paypal account to authorize payment and work with Simply Sapphires, but John was extremely helpful in every stage of the process and the stones were "simply" gorgeous. John was even kind enough (not to mention perceptive!) to gift box them for presentation over the holidays. Delivery was prompt (here again, the staff helped out with expedited shipping) and the stones were very well represented online. I'm already browsing for the next purchase!
