I tried to order an Authentic Throwback Cowboys jersey 2 times and both times I received the Team Color jersey. After the first jersey arrived I was told if I wanted to return it, I would have to wait (1-2 days) for a label, ship the product back to the NFL Shop after which they would require 3-5 days to ship back to me.
Given a potential 2 week wait I proposed an alternate solution to them. I would keep the first jersey, at full price, if they would discount the Throwback one by 20%. Again, I was going to have to wait 3-5 days for an answer. Finally, after initiating contact when I received a promotional email offering 10% on my order that day (so I could have got the same deal myself), they agreed to my terms. I placed a second order for the Throwback.
When I received the confirmation email, I noticed the item # was the same as my prior order which resulted in me receiving the Team Color (wrong) jersey. I asked them to verify the item was correct. They assured me that I was mistaken and that was the code for the Throwback.
Of course when the jersey arrived 3 days later, it was once again the wrong jersey. They offered me the same options as before including a 3-5 day wait for them to check the warehouse for the correct item.
I finally decided to return the second jersey for a credit which they said they would do after they received the item. Most likely this will be 3 or more days from now.
As to the 20% discount on the second jersey - they only ever took off 10%.
2 weeks later and $450 on my credit card bill and I never received the Authentic Cowboy Throwback jersey.
