Ordered and my credit card was billed the same day. 10 days later I received no word on delivery and contract seller. Seller did not respond. Sent another email two days later to cancel the order. I had to use the Paypal dispute process to get my refund. I give Paypal 5 starts for getting my refund and Advanced Lamps 0 stars because they are crooks in my book and couldn't/wouldn't process my refund.
