Shipping said the item would take 2-4 days for deliveries in Canada but actually took 11 days. No mention of a custom fee that must be paid to pickup the item was mentioned at the time of ordering, would be nice to have this mentioned so you aren't shocked by an additional fee when you show up at the post office to pick up your parcel. Other then those two items, I enjoyed shopping at The-House and will probably go there for future purchases!
