Horrible 13 day wait dont stand by their word!!

Worst ever!!! I had to wait 13 days to get my book, they lied about the shipping I paid for priority mail and they sent it PARCEL POST lol. Then they blame it on the so called "vendor". They gave me back my shipping which I should have got that anyway because they lied about the shipping method.
Customer service 800 number kept sending me to the non existant after hours call center which would hang up. I told them that I was attending school on quarters and they kept insisting that I would have my book for the rest of the "semester". They were not listening to me and one of the male customer service agents was even talking to his background telling them he didn't know when he was going to be able to get me off of the phone which infuriated me even more for the lack of professionalism. I kept getting a bland apology and him saying that he could not do anything to help me beyond 5% off as a customer service agent. He then passed the buck to his supervisor who did not call me until abut 9pm that night and basically told me the same thing that they do not stand behind their vendors and that nothing is their fault and we did refund the shipping ( the priority shipping I paid for but never got in the first place).
So all in all, Valore did absolutly nothing to help me solve my problem but lie to me, not listen to me, and offe me 5% off my next purchase when I can go to coupon wagon website and pull up that same promo code lol.
Dont get me wrong the price on the book was good and I did save 40$ but at the expense of a ridiculous hassle and 13 day wait. So not worth it. They offered me 5% discount on my NEXT purchase. There wont be a next purchase and I will make sure the whole school knows about it. Thanks Valore I can save my friends in Ohio, Georgia, Alabama the frustation of not having to deal with a horrible customer service team like YOU.
***UPDATE*** I got a call from a manager who is helping me. She is reprimanding the vendor and they are looking to make it right. I told her that I might possibly need to keep the book since most of the quarter is gone and I am having a hard time catching my grade up. So she is working on getting me a discount on the book and even copied me on the letter she sent to the vendor. I do feel alot better now that I know there is some one at the company who actually cares about the service. I should hear back from them by Thursday morning.
