I made a purchase and canceled it within 48 hours. After speaking with their "customer service", I was advised I would not be charged because the order had not been shipped. They shipped the order to me 2 times after I had canceled and I refused it each time. They then charged me for an order I did not take possession of and told me 3 conflicting times of when they would refund my money. It has been almost a month and they still have not been able to refund my money. I have since entered a dispute with my card holder to get my money returned.
They have horrible, inconsistent, non-responsive "customer service". In my humble opinion, if a company can not provide service to customers it is not a company; it is a waste of time.
If you want piece of mind do not shop at brandsmall.com. If there is a potential for error, it is greater at brandsmall.com. If you want service, do not shop at brandsmall.com.
