This is the third time that I have worked with Quicken Loans. Each was for a remortgage for a better rate at the time of the mortgage. The representative with whom I worked was very courteous and very tenacious in ensuring that I got the lowest possible rate for my loan. The process was very speedy, thorough, and all of my questions and concerns were answered well to my satisfaction. The majority of the application process was done online, and all documents were continually available for online review. However, my loan advisor was available by phone, and answered all my questions personally. The people at Quicken Loans are very efficient and knowledgeable. The closing was done in my home at my convenience at a date and time of my choosing. In fact at the last minute, we had to change the time of the closing and had no problem doing that. The individual who came to our house for the closing was on time, knowledgeable, and the closing took about an hour at the most. Were I to need another mortgage, I would definitely go back to the people from Quicken Loans. I have recommended Quicken Loans to family and friends. I received a gift card for writing this review, regardless of whether I had a positive or negative experience.
