I ordered a Price Pfister GT533-5SS Genesis Pull-Out Spray Faucet - Stainless Steel. My old Price Pfister faucet was difficult to swivel back and forth (I had one of the cheaper models, WKP-553, that does not have o-rings in it; and it got water and dirt build up over time). The shipping was very fast. I ordered it on the afternoon of January 24th; and it arrived on the morning of January 26th. It was well packaged with plenty of protection in the box. The order information was accurate; and all of the parts were in the box. (And before I ordered the faucet, I called the customer service to ask about returns; and the representative was very helpful.) I installed the faucet on Jan. 27th and it has been working great.
I saved 57 dollars by ordering from faucet depot compared to my local plumbing store ($182.96 vs. $240.00). And I compared Facet Depot to other online stores, and Facet Depot had the lowest price. This was a great deal for me.
