I bought vitamins from these rip-off artists until I discovered that Consumer Lab testing had found many of their products to contain high levels on lead and other toxins. So I severed that relationship immediately. During the time I bought from them, I had all kinds of trouble with the shipping. Although I wouldn't buy any more contaminated vitamins, I did subscribe to their health newsletters. They contained useful info from widely published health and medical studies. In November, the newsletters stopped with no explanation. I re-subscribed, but still no newsletters and no response to my inquiries. Their customer service is still non-existent!
If you want to give this company your hard-earned money and 5 stars, that's your business. If you want to take contaminated vitamins, that's your business. But if you are administering them to children or others in your family who are unaware or who are sick/aged/disabled and can't make that choice for themselves, then you should be prosecuted.
There are lots of other inexpensive reliable online vitamin retailers who do not sell lead-dosed products as proven by Consumer Lab (consumerlab.com). Try Puritan Pride, Swanson, or Vitamin World. Look for reliable brands such as NOW, Nature's Way or Good N Natural. Better yet, spend the $30 to join Consumer Lab and check out the safety and reliability of products before you buy.
