We acquired a Back-To-Bascis melody harp from a cousin and regifted it as a christmas gift for our daughter. Unfortunately, after we gave the gift, we discovered that the little tuning key had been lost. Its likely a 2 cent piece of metal. I contacted Back To Basics to get a new tuning key because without it the beautiful melody harp is un-useable. From the onset I offered to pay for this tuning key and its shipping. But B2B told me I'd have to buy an entire new melody harp to get the tuning key that we needed. I then asked if they'd give me the contact info for the manufacturer so that I could try to get a replacement tuning key from them, but they told me that they could not provide that information and that my only solution was to buy an entirely new melody harp set. We're really disappointed with this company. This is a company that caters to our young children, what kind of message are they sending our children when they are this un-helpful.
