I had an overall very good experience. Their price on Office 2011 for my Mac was very competitive. They sent what I ordered in a sealed package. This was obviously a new product, not some retreaded copy of Office. The delivery was free. There was no tax. The package arrived in less than 48 hours, which was amazing, since most companies with free delivery send it over the least expensive route, which usually takes 7-10 days. Their speed of delivery would prompt me to try them again. This was the first time I used them. Their website was easy to navigate. I also wanted to buy some Utility software for the Mac, but they did not have everything I needed. They sent me an e-mail promptly after I ordered the software and notified me when it was sent, something I expect from every business I deal with online. Since the software works flawlessly, I have not had any other experience with Softwaremedia. Hence, I do not know how they would respond if I had any problems. Other customers who have ranked them did not have any apparent problems, which is one of the reasons I chose them in the first place. However, with that caveat, I would rate them a 5* because everything I needed them to do they did flawlessly. Hopefully, they will have a larger Mac selection in the future. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for software.
