They have Poor service and notification.I ordered 5 books 2 weeks ago. They advertised that the books usually ship out in 24hours. And that the shipping would be 5-7 days. It has been 14 days and I have only received 1 book. I called and found out that they had a problem. Note that I had to call them, they did not contact me! I'd rate customer service below average. The person on the other end of the phone did apologise, but apparently wasn't phased when I said I planned not to purchase from ecampus again. No attempts to keep me as a customer, NONE. I'd expect at least a coupon from any average company.
The problem was that they apparently sold books that they did not have in stock to me. So they had to buy them from another vendor. And have that other vendor ship them to me. The final four Books are apparently on the way, but I may get them in another 4-6 days. I consider this unacceptable in an online store. I could have ordered from any number of other booksellers online and had my books within one week. Now my total expected time from purchase to delievery is 3 weeks. Unacceptable, especially without a company initiated contact.
