I am shocked by the level of expertise that the phone operators had! I didn't expect to get the amount of product and fitting knowledge I would expect from a course pro or golf expert. The gentleman on the phone (Dave was his name, I believe) knew all about the irons I ordered and even helped fit them to my game (shafts, lengths, etc.). Online retailers are often lacking in terms of individual products knowledge, but GolfClubs.com seems to have this down! It was apparrent that the phone operator worked hands on with the clubs. Much appreciated.
After an extremely pleasant buying experience, I was relieved to have my clubs arrive on time and ship for free. The order was accurate and packaged with care. Off to the course!
