Awful experience

Ordered men's skis with bindings and only received a small box with the bindings. Skis.com says their warehouse shows both the skis and bindings went out together in 1 large box and they are blaming UPS. But the small box I received has the shipping label on it and the packing list inside. Because Skis.com filed a tracer, UPS picked up my bindings box and I'm now waiting for the "investigation" to complete so UPS can tell these guys they didn't ship what they claim.
Run, don't walk, from this outfit.
