Sent used merchandise, and customer service was awful even at magmt level

Placed an order for an small appliance. When it arrived it was used. I called customer service and it took me ONE HOUR of moving through their phone tree and then being placed on hold to get a live person to help.
Their english was terrible and she did not understand 70% of what I was trying to tell her. I ended up sending an email and got a stock reply that still did not help me.
Ended up going to the local store and received a snotty encounter with the store manager and another hour to receive my credit.
Then I filled out the online survey. Received a call from the store manager who while apologized did not satisfy me in any response. I provided the manager with the name of all 3 employee's I encountered including the manager and his response was just short of indifferent...HUMMM what is going on here?
Not at all a fan and have too many online choices then to have to be treated as a inconvenience rather then a customer.
Why did I go to BestBuy.com. They offered the item with free shipping. Not worth it. Placed the order with another online company and received my order in 1 day.
