Quicken Loans gave me prompt and polite service and the processing was easy for my VA home loan.  I wanted to save money by refinancing my mortgage and I never thought the process would be so easy.  And on top of all that, Quicken Loans gave me the best rate.  Even other mortgage brokers who called after I had already closed with Quicken Loans were amazed at the great rate.  And the personalized service was fantastic - I even got to call one of the load processing people on his private line on a weekend and he helped me out.  Now, how can you beat that!  The people at Quicken Loans kept my load process on track and on time and gave me regular status by email and by phone.  And they were always there to assist me in any way possible.  Nobody could compete with Quicken Loans on the mortgage rate.  The people at Quicken Loans were willing to explain, in great detail, all the numbers and calculations involved and even gave me suggestions when I requested this from them, suggestions that helped me understand the process clearer and ended up saving me more money.  They showed that they were interested in me as a person and not just as a business deal.  Even after the closing I could still call and talk to the person who handled my account - and this was on a weekend.
