Do not, I repeat, do NOT use this on hardwood floors. Everything that the other negative reviews have said is absolutely accurate. This stuff looks good the first time you use it, then it is sticky, leaves smudges, footprints, and is IMPOSSIBLE to remove with a normal cleaning. I tried vinegar and water, which worked to some extent, but was very slow going and labor intensive. Windex was a bit better, but still required painstaking scrubbing on every square inch of floor to remove the Orange Glo gunk. I finally found a faster process, which I tried under the rug first to make sure it didn't scratch the floor. Spray a heavy coat of Windex in about a 2 X 2 foot area, let it sit for about 2 minutes. With a GOOD supply of old rags or towels, get on your hands and knees. With a PLASTIC scrubby thing (the kind you would use on your most delicate cookware) gently rub the Windex into a small area, going with the grain of the wood. A hazy, white layer of gunk will appear. Immediately use your towel and, going from top to bottom (or vice versa, but in one direction) carefully and diligently wipe every area of the gunk off, switching to clean portions of the towel with each wipe. You will probably have to repeat this process in the same area to get it completely clean. You can't just wipe "at" it, or you will have small areas of the Orange Glo left that will just smear. This is a painstaking process but I am so heartened to see my beautiful wood floors reemerging as I progress. Tell anyone who you know who owns a hardwood floor -- do NOT use this stuff. I will only use a mild vinegar and water solution to clean my floors after I get this nightmare taken care of. BAD, HORRIBLE PRODUCT THAT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE MARKET! TELL YOUR FRIENDS (HECK, TELL YOUR ENEMIES): DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!
