I am normally a calm person and usually give people or companies leeway when something goes wrong because the situation usually works itself out...not always exactly what you may want but usually not something that makes you come on line and write a review. In my case Buy.com has knowingly used and continues to use a deceptive listing. Check it out for yourself by typing this SKU - 217489863 into the search function on their site. When I placed the order the headline listed "SealLine Baja Dry Bags", the description listed 5 bags, the "product image" shows 5 bags and there is reference several times to bags (plural). There is no option for a single bag, singular color choice or any description that there was only 1 bag - singular. You can guess by now...I only received one bag! I have spent the better part of two weeks in contact with Buy.com customer service to no avail and have simply been told "we will contact the seller on your behalf" As of 2/24/2011 the listing has not been taken down and I am contacting my credit cards fraud department to handle this situation. I'm sure many people have had a good experience with buy.com I just can't understand why in my case they have not admitted fault with the listing either on their behalf or the seller's. My advice: in the future make sure you purchase from a reputable seller.
