Horrid customer service

So I purchased 2 memory cards on January 15th. They shipped 2 days later. I'm pretty patient, but more than 2 weeks later I still hadn't received them. I tracked the package on their website. It sat for 10 days as "address correction required". Then it showed as delivered to "Paul" in Vancouver on January 31. I'm not Paul and I don't live in Vancouver. I sent customer service an email. No reply after 9 days even though they promise 2 days at most. I tried calling the number on my credit card statement.. out of service. It redirects to another number. It's not available in my area. (You have a Canadian buy.com website.. but no way for a Canadian customer to reach you.. awful.) There is no valid phone number for them. I did a chargeback through my credit card company (takes 45 days to process) and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I sent another email telling them that their customer service was horrid and I wanted either a refund or send me my stuff. It had been 11 days with no reponse. They finally replied to my 2nd email and said the shipment went back to their warehouse, and it would take 3-5 days to process my refund. They wouldn't be shipping another because their policy is not to ship another product. Great. And if I hadn't kicked and screamed about it, they would have just kept my money and never told me the product was sent back to their warehouse? They had more than 3 weeks to tell me this and did not?!?!? HORRID HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never buy from them again.
