My son ordered an airsoft gun from Hobbytron and when it came the barrel was loose, but the gun still shot a little crooked. When we tried to rectify the situation we encountered awful customer service.We had to leave messages on their machine numerous times which were not returned. On hold 20 minutes and directly to machine to leave a message. My son is 13 and was very excited about recieving the airsoft. The airsoft arrived and proceeded to break on the 2nd shot. After finally reaching someone they suggested we fill out an "RMA" on the computer. Filled out an RMA on the computer and it was denied b/c I was honest and said the gun was not defective out of the box. When I called to check on the status of my RMA- she stated "you didn't recieve our email??" I said- "No because it never came", to which she replied there would be no return, but she completely understood my frustration. Not sure how she completely understands from a 13 year old's point of view... Also, this last time when I called I decided to push the button that said "place an order over the phone", A live person picked up after 2 rings- Surprise Surprise. Needless to say we are totally disatisfied and will never shop with them again. For my 13 year old- he's out 55.00 that he saved a long time to buy this airsoft. It's unfortunate that this company cannot get their act together and sell cheaply made merchandise.
