I purchased a stainless steel Franke sink grid for my kitchen sink. I received a vinyl-coated stainless steel grid, exactly what I did not want. I called Faucet Depot several times to iron this out. Come to find out, their website descriptions were WRONG. The vinyl coated stainless steel grid was described at stainless steel or chrome, and there was no vinyl coated stainless steel grid offered at all, even though they apparently had both in stock, as I found out later. Even though it was their fault, Tim, the manager, refused to cover my return shipping or the shipping charge to resend the correct item. I even asked if he could just please have someone check at the warehouse to make sure the correct item is being shipped out. His answer was "No, we are way to busy to do such a thing." WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! In the end I just wanted the correct item, so I had to pay for return shipping and additional shipping for the correct item. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM FAUCET DEPOT AGAIN. If you do decide to buy from Faucet Depot, just call and make sure the correct item is being sent to you, do not trust their website. They will not make it right with you if there is a problem. They have lost a customer that would have bought all my hardware for all my homes from them.
