Just on a whim, I filled out a few questions online at the Quicken Loans website. I never gave it a second thought. A few days later, I received an email from one of their loan specialists. She informed me that, based on my answers, I may have pre-qualified for a re-finance.  I called her a few days later and discussed my "special" situation. You see I get paid monthly and work overseas, so my finances are not typical.  She took down some additional information and walked me through the process. Any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently.

I have been through the mortgage process quite a few times and I have never experienced an easier, painless or more effecient process. Even when it came down to submitting forms and statements, it was all very easy through their website. I didn't even have to go to a closing...they came to me. Now that's service. I believe from my first inquiry to closing was about 45 days!!  I saved over $600 on my monthly payments!.

I would, and have already, recommended Quicken Loans to anyone in the new mortgage or re-finance market. The service is just that good!
