I was initially quite pleased to find this web site. They seemed to have every battery imaginable and I had a few gadgets with "hard-to-find" batteries that needed replacing.
That's when the headache began. I needed a replacement battery for a 3-yr old 900mhz phone & a 7-yr old camcorder. I typed the specs into their search engine, found the batteries and ordered them.
The batteries arrived later than I expected. I found that the 900mhz battery was a refurb and was not functional. The camcorder battery may work, but it does not fit my camcorder.
I had to return both batteries AT MY OWN EXPENSE. I shipped them 2-day mail. I received the replacement batteries about 3 weeks later. When I opened the package, I found that they had just shipped me the exact same bad/wrong batteries as before!
By this time, 2 months had passed and I just said "Forget it". I did not feel like dealing with them anymore.
