I agree with many reviews that it's easy to shop and buy, prices are good, shipping is inexpensive, and initial shipment is prompt. However, all that changes when you have a problem. They talk (chat is easy) a good game; "sorry for the inconvenience", "have we addressed your issue", etc., but with a return, results are not prompt and there's no sense of urgency to resolve the problem. I ordered a sink 34 days ago and it shipped in one day and I received it within a week; great. Great sink at a great price. BUT ... The order was incomplete; sink but no drain and the sink had a hole in the bottom (a manufacturing defect). Got the drain within a week and getting a return authroization for the sink was no problem. That's where progress stopped. It appears another "replacment" was shipped. I think it was another drain because the UPS tracking information listed weight as 1 pound; no sink is that light. UPS never delivered it or came to my house, but listed it as damaged, refused by receiver, returned to sender. I got no update or any communication from Overstock. Since I inquired about the issue, I've been promised a response from a "Specialized Representative" within 2 business days. When I inquired again on the 3rd of the 1 to 2 business days, I was told a "Specialized Representative" would research my issue and respond within 2 business days. I'm not buying deja vu.
