Very misleading - payment made in full, order was never processed or shipped!!!

This company is a fraud! My complaint has interested the Attorney Generals office. This company will take your payment and fully process the order with no merchandise in stock. Yes, their site says "IN STOCK" and yes they will state in writing that you will receive your order within 7-10 business days. However, this is rarely the case. What they are doing is taking orders and obtaining enough orders to submit to a manufacturer in order to receive a discounted price. Once they receive the discounted price, they will submit their order for all the products they have been paid for by unknowing consumers like us. Then the manufacturer will arrange to ship the orders within the next 15-30 days, leaving you with the gap of about 35-45 days for delivery.
Are you willing to go with this process? What happens when they just disappear with your money and the trust you gave them for the order.
Sad, just like all the other reviews here, they had an opportunity to serve people with a good product as listed and they basically damage the sale even before the product reaches the customer. Does this sound like fraud? Yes, and if they are not committing fraud by means of deceiving the consumer with false stock status and order shipment dates, they are certainly attempting to use fraudulent schemes in order to obtain a competitive advantage over honest businesses who fulfill orders as expected.
