We heard the interest rates were down and we wanted to refinance our home to a lower interest rate. We heard about Quicken loans through my Aunt and Uncle who used them to do a refinance of their own. They told us how awesome their experience was. So we gave them a call. They actually answered right away, and was very helpful with the questions I had. They were very friendly and knew their stuff. They told us the truth, not just what we wanted to hear to get our business. We were also very happy that they could roll the refinancing fees back into the loan. They were very on top of it, and always kept us up to date. We were very happy that they came to our house to do the closing, instead of us having to drive far away to do it. Just another way of how they do whatever they can to make the customer happy. Everything that they said over the phone was right on with what was in the paper work. We had a awesome experience with them, and will be referring them to everyone we know. We will also be using them again if we ever need too. I received a gift card for writing this review, regardless of whether I had a positive or negative experience.
