The Bottom Line Christians ought think about moving to Uganda to be in a truly Christian nation.

It has been a very long time since I have last posted here on epinions.com. The fact of the matter is, I’ve been extremely busy with other things in my life. I am at the tail end of finishing up my doctorate degree in applied statistics.  Through the years I’ve met so many people that happen to be Christians. More times than not, they want to do several things.  The first is teaching me the good news of what Jesus did for me on the cross.  I say poppycock, because, according to Christianity, I’m still going to burn in hell.  The second thing they like to mention is I’m going to burn in hell forever since I am an atheist.

I can honestly say that I do not live in a world from which god exists, or controls. Christianity has been hijacking the United States for last 150 years.  They ignore the true nature of our founding fathers. They reject the idea that Christmas was not on the books until the 1890’s.   Under god wasn’t put on the pledge of allegiance until Flag Day of 1954.  Also, in god we trust wasn’t put on our paper money until the late 1950’s.

Some Christian will make claim the Constitution of the United States has the tell tale signs of Christianity within it.  However, after further investigation the use of the words god or Jesus is never used in this most significant and well written governing document.  Christians will also dismiss the Treaty of Tripoli, Article 11, which clearly states that we are not a Christian nation.

Because of this country, you as an atheists or Christian you have every street corner to decree your personal position on belief. You also have churches, houses, roadsides, etc.  There should be no excuses to violate the constitution for the betterment of your religion. As a matter of fact, because of this open society the engaging of debate is welcomed and at times much needed because we are a diverse group of people here in the United States.

Currently, I am engaging Muslims and Christians at the same time in logical discussions that surround itself in general ethics of how people are and how people should treat each other. One the Christian perspectives or doctrine, that I do not align with, that they believe is true is the position they have towards Gay people, atheists, etc.   Laws have been written to detour people from a behavior Christians’ have deemed inappropriate.  Furthermore, laws have been written in the books to eliminate the marriage of two like-sex individuals.  In Uganda, being gay may get you the noose or life in prison in the near future.  Uganda is considered to be a Christian Nation.

It should be pointed out that this is a highly selective ruling where the whole bible is not being applied in a complete sense.  Only when people deem it to be the worst of “crimes” is only when the law is applied. These whole hate-ridden laws have been inspired by ministries from the United States.  Genocide of Gay people is where it is starting in Uganda, but does that mean that is where it ends?  I highly doubt it.  Atheist might be squeezed in this country next. Then people of other religions.

So, for all you Christian who are looking for a place where God’s plan has been enacted, please move to Uganda for it is truly a Christian nation where Christians do not have to hear from the outspoken Atheists at your door, on the street corner, and in your churches. You are truly free from Atheists and Gays in this country.
