The entire process was realtively pleasant.  I've participate in several home loan processes and all were made to seem as though I was being presented with a favor, and at times a nasty favor at that.  This process was rapid, painless and completely pleasant.  The people obtaining the data knew what they wanted.  The delivery of that information was conveniently arranged for me.  The estimates provided up front covered all my questions.  Happily, the estimates were also accurate. 
I was provided a single interface who worked my schedule and at my speed.  There were a minimum number of convenient phone calls.  The remainder of the transactions occurred on the internet and with email.  This made it comfortable for me and eliminated intreruptions during work time.
The Paperwork was easily accessed and returned.  I had simply to log onto my account and read or download the papers.  The responses could be uploaded, emailed, or faxed.  This allowed me to chose the best communication channel.  The Web site operated error free and if questions occurred they were answer promptly and completely by email or telephone. 
The signing of the papers was extremely convenient.  It required no special effort on my part, and was completed in about a half an hour.  This was a very pleasant surprise.
