I was totally scammed. They listed a great price for a laptop on the website, plus they advertised free shipping. It was a toss-up between buy.com and B&H video, which I've had great experience with in the past. Buy.com was a little lower, and they offered a 2-day shipping upgrade for a few dollars more. Excitedly, I ordered it and paid for expidited delivery in order to have it for some work I needed to do over the weekend. A day goes by, and it didn't ship. Then another day. So I contact them, and they say that I needed to update my credit card info to include the phone number that I used to buy it. Okay, done. Updated it and contacted them by phone. "No problem", they say. 5 days later it's still "processing". I've contacted them by phone, email, and chat. Each time I was assured that the order was taken care of. Now the item is listed for a higher price, and my order is suddenly "cancelled". Dishonest tactics to lure you to their website. Needless to say, I will never return. There are plenty of other websites with good prices and superior service. Use at your own risk for items you don't necessarily need.
