I've ordered from Botach Tactical probably half a dozen times. The first two to three times I had no problems whatsoever, and all of a sudden it's been a complete nightmare and going downhill faster and faster. Problems experienced include: a) Items listed for sale and "in stock" on the website that turn out to be not in stock; b) Significant 30-45+ day delays in shipping; c) No answer at customer service lines during business hours; d) Very rare responses to email correspondence requesting help, status of items, refunds, etc.
I'm currently waiting on an item to be delivered that was ordered and PAID FOR 52 days ago. I've attempted to call and email numerous times and have yet to get a response.
I thought my last experience was a fluke (pretty bad as well, and ended up with a refund... finally)... any company can have a bad day occasionally. But this is ridiculous.
They are notorious for having items listed for sale on their site, but not having the item in stock and not being able to get it. They'll then hang on to your $$ until you seriously pitch a fit to get it back. As others have said... I know the prices are very good, but save yourself the hassle and just pay a few more bucks to actually get the item.
