After missing the boat on several black friday deals on a 60"+ hdtv, I decided to wait until I found a great deal. That's when I discovered US Appliance after searching online and found that they had the best price on a 63" Samsung plasma. I was nervous to order such a large item online; however after reading reviews, confirmed that they were an authorized Samsung online dealer, and verified that the tv was in stock, I decided to give them a shot. Just as promised, 2 days later I received an email with a tracking number for the shipper Homedirect USA. Although my experience with Homedirect was less than stellar -they are impossible to reach by phone - I did receive a call to schedule delivery and they did finally deliver my tv within the time (10 days) that US appliance had promised me. However when I unboxed the TV, I found that the screen was cracked in several places. Fearing the worst, I called US Appliance and talked to customer support who was awesome! They apologized for the damage, arranged to have the broken TV picked up and shipped out a new TV. The new TV took another 10 days to arrive, but this time it was in perfect condition. It took a while, but I'm very pleased with my purchase and was well worth the wait. Thanks US Appliance!
