I ordered an mp3 player with a line in microphone port. This was over a month ago. I called C/s, as it only worked when plugged in. I was told ten days in turnaround time.
They have just sent it to the mfr for "testing". They seem to have man-made interference on their c/s phone, and I called 3 times. I have not gotten a return, nor a refund, and might not ever, given other people's reviews here. I asked for but did not receive a call back. I am so very disappointed! I have bought fro mthem since 1999, when a friend built my comp from parts from their store. Their web comment section has never been replied to, after my comments. They do not seem to care.
So, I have been tricked out of 20$. I will NEVER buy from this firm ever again.
