The absolute worse customer service. No-one should be spoken to or treated the was I was from this company.The supervisors are a bunch of teeneagers that can't find the proper words to explain anything. So they get defensive and get nasty with you. This happened everytime I called to find out what was going on. When you call you are left waiting for a really long time only to get some nasty person on the other end. When I expressed that I wanted to cancel my order I was told that I could'nt, but that I could refuse the delivery.I asked if the product I ordered was even available I got a very quick and sassy response. They can't tell you why your order is still in the warehouse. And better yet, that tell you that they can't cancel your order once it's in the warehouse. I call to find out where my order was, and was basicaly told that it was still in the warehouse. It was "suppose" to be delivered within the week. I am still waiting for it and it's been over 2 weeks ! After 4 phone calls to customer service they finally tell me it's been shipped.They give me a tracking number from FedEx that is "invalid" so I can't even figure out where or when it will get here. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.
