Don't buy from FurnitureBuzz!!! Total Scam!

I ordered an entertainment center from these jokers on January 14 and the website said that it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. My credit card was charged right away and I received a confirmation e-mail that said that it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery and that it would be shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse. I waited and waited. I e-mailed them after 3 weeks and they e-mailed back that it would take 4-6 weeks. I waited some more.
On February 22, I called them and was told that they were waiting for a shipment from overseas, but they would check on it and send me an e-mail. No e-mail. Called again February 24. Again they said that they were waiting for a shipment from overseas and that they didn't expect it until late March. I expressed my surprise at that and they said they would check on it and e-mail me back. I told them I had heard that before and that if I didn't get an e-mail I was going to call back and cancel my order. I called the next day and cancelled my order and stayed on the phone with them until I received an e-mail confirmation.
In the mean time I had received my credit card bill and it was due March 11. I called the credit card company and FurnitureBuzz had not taken care of the credit to my card. I called FurnitureBuzz and they said that it would take (get this!) 30-45 days to process my refund! I said, "The initial charge was put on my card immediately, why on earth does it take 30-45 days to process a refund??" I was told that the accounting department was backed up and that they can only get 3-4 refunds processed per day. (Hmmmm??) I called my credit card company back and I am filing a dispute because it has been more than 15 days (the legal amount of time they have to credit the account) and they still have not processed the refund.
This company is a complete scam! I dealt with two different customer service reps and one was extremely rude to the point that he was laughing at me. I am SO completely angry with this company and how I was treated. DON'T BUY FROM THESE JOKERS!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU MAY GET WHAT YOU ORDERED, BUT MOST LIKELY NOT!!!
