AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL, Same Song Different Singer.
I don't understand how furniture buzz has managed to stay in business this long. They obviously have nothing in stock!!! and probably never will.
The only thing they have plenty of is "excuses" for why your order has not shipped yet.
I personally believe the Furniture Buzz is "Robbing Peter to Pay Paul" and who knows how many more of us "Fools" have to be robbed before "We" get our furniture or refunds.
Or maybe they are just holding up our money trying to make a few extra bucks with all the interest they're earning on "OUR" money.
Yesterdays e-mail from Furniture Buzz was:
I do apologize for the time frame that this refund process has taken, but I will certainly forward this credit to our accounting department to have it resubmitted through our accounting system again. Please feel free in contacting us if you have any other questions or concerns.

I finally contacted my bank, filed a complaint and requested a charge back to my account. According to my bank this could take up to 30 days for the investigation process, but at least I feel more hopeful about getting my money back.
I just hope that others will read these reviews learn from our mistakes and "Never Do Business With Furniture Buzz".
