No Magic In the So-Called Magic Eraser

Pros:Other than lightening your wallet, no pros in the purchase of this item.
Cons:Barely as effective as a common sponge, but at a much greater cost.
I found this no more useful than a paper towel. I would have been better off by using one of those Scotch Brite pads--sponge on one side, scrubbing surface on the other. I don't know why I decided to give this a whirl, but it was not money well spent. Even spraying the surface with a cleaner (409) and letting it stand for 60 seconds did not help this ineffective cleaning tool.
