They have a team of people ready to help you every step of the way through the 6 step process. They set up the home inspection for you, and the inspectors have very flexible schedules. They also send the notary to your home when it is time to close, and the notary also has extremely flexible schedule. Everyone that I came into contact with was extremely nice and professional, whether it was in person or on the phone. I don't see how the process could be any easier. I am going to recommend Quicken Loans to everyone I know who is looking to re-finance or needs any kind of financing help at all.
