Ive known Quicken Loans for a while. Our home purch in 2002 we contacted them by phone I think. Finally went with a new neighbor that was a loan guy due to local neighborhood politics.  Last month I decided to re-fi my1st mort and 2nd mort due to lower rates. So I went to the Quicken web site.  Nice well organized site, easy to navigate thru. Quicken is competitive and a well-organized process.  I liked their online documents... you could review and electronically sign most every thing needed.  And the loan officer kept in constant e mail contact - very fast response to questions and concerns and kept me up to date on the whole entire process. I was handed off to another person seamlessly to finalize documents and schedule the final close...
Easy final close - the notary they sent had a flex schedule and was easy to work with.  He was a pleasant person and came to our home when our schedule could be met.
In summary - could the process be easier?  I dont think so.  Could the process be quicker?  The company lives up to it's name with a quick respone and quick handling of any concerns and a quick final close
