The process was very easy and my loan agent was very honest and helpful to me. The whole process did not take long at all and it saved me a lot of money. By doing this loan not only I saved money; I will also get to pay my Mortgage in half the time that I had with my original mortgage. It also combined my first loan with my home improvement loan which was at a much higher interest rate so now I have one loan with an interest rate lower than both of the original loans and the convenience of being able to pay one bank rather than two. I also liked how my loan request was processed. First with a knowledgeable loan agent, followed by a loan closing team who were prompt in contacting me to help speed the process. Another thing that was very helpful in a speedy loan processing was that we did everything on line where the agent would leave me documents to review and sign or when they needed something for me to send them. I was able to scan any documents they needed and simply email it to them, I am particularly impressed with that because this allowed us to go from on line application to closing in less than 4 weeks which as I said before has saved me a ton of money.
