I love this site ,since I signed up for membership in June,I have signed up both my husband and my son, I listen to books all the time ,its great when doing housework.I did have a small problem with my first Rio 500 player ,But I sent it back and received a new one in about a week ,customer service is very good but little hard to reach I was on hold for about 20 mins ,but once I reached them they solved my problem.I signed up for the two books a month membership.Overall I think this a great deal
