I recently refinanced my home with quicken loans and it was a very fast, and easy experience. The people were very courteous and helpful and everything except the closing was accomplished online. I had previously contacted my fomrer martgage lender, whom I had done business with for many years, in hopes of refinancing to a lower interest rate but was turned down flatly. I was amazed when I inquired about the possibility of refinancing with quicken loans and was contacted the next day and told not only was it possible but they were sure that I would be able to get a no cost refinance. My pervious mortage lender and others, were charging fees of around $3,000.00 and sometimes more. Within just a few days I was approved and closed on the refinance not long afterwards. My monthly house payments have dropped over one hundred dollars and no additional fees. I could not ask for better service or a better process. Now that my loan is finalized, even the online site for making payments and checking my account is better than what i had before. I would definately recommend Quicken Loans to anyone that is considering making a home purchase or refinance. You will not be dissapointed if you get the same quality service and product that i did with Quicken loans. The best part, other than the savings is that it is almost all done online. Even the actual closing was done in my home. You do actually refianace your home in your pj's with quicken loans.
