I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED...I have an outstanding order (placed 1 month ago) that I have had to file a claim with PayPal over due to complete lack of response and no receipt of product. I have followed all instructions given on how to reach them by phone and email numerous times over the last 7 days. Absolutely no response. Nor did they respond to me opening a dispute with PayPal concerning the order. Their website will not allow me to sign in nor will it send me a password which I have requested through the lost password button daily. (And no...it isn't going to my spam SMARTbomb.com) Their phone says their new system is online only and to email them...REALLY?? I have ordered online from many different companies and never...I mean NEVER had a problem such as this. My advice, save the headache and avoid this company.
Update: They never responded to the PayPal claim that I filed. PayPal returned the money to my account. I am so glad that I used PayPal as a protected way to pay. If I had used a personal credit card it would have been a REAL hassle.
