Ordered a Nikon D700 and used my work address for shipping since I wouldn't be home to sign for it. Before I ordered, I called B&H to be sure they would be okay with the difference in billing and shipping addresses. They said no problem, item in stock. Completed the checkout, everything seemed fine, looked forward to the delivery. Which never arrived. According to the UPS tracking notes the delivery was recalled by the shipper while still in the local UPS depot. Called UPS. They said that B&H disrupted the delivery and had initiated a return on the camera probably due to the difference in billing and shipping addresses. Called B&H who promptly blamed UPS. Why on earth would UPS not deliver a package for no reason? The information was correct and had been verified... but obviously the dolt on the phone at customer service was ill advised. The price promptly went up on the camera THE VERY NEXT DAY after I saw they had received the package back in New York. To top it off, they refused to honor my original price when I tried to order it again and have it sent to my house. Very unethical business practice, disgusting. I should have pursued it, but ended up finding the same camera for $90 less than the original price I was willing to pay for it anyway. Horrible, awful and never again. They used to be great, now they suck. :-(
