I ordered contacts from them 2 weeks ago and still have not received them. I called multiple times and was told someone would get back to me. Never did. I'm still waiting for a call back.
One rep even told me that they would ship out new ones since I didn't receive them. When I called the next day to find out if they did indeed ship, I was told by a different rep that they have to determine if it was indeed lost before they will ship out new contacts. They had to request tracking info from shipping dept. AGAIN since they never got an answer a few days back. How long does it take to get a tracking #?
Customer service will tell you what you want to hear, but won't follow through. I haven't heard back from them about any undated tracking info. They are horrible. Buyer beware.
This was not worth the hassle. I will be buying my contacts elsewhere from now on.
