We purchased tickets through Priceline to visit our grandfather. Unfortunately, he passed away before our scheduled flights. Priceline was absolutely wonderful and understanding of our situation and refunded the tickets even though they were not required to do so. Priceline understands that business is more than the bottom line and we will always use them in the future when possible.
