I would suggest not ordering anything through this company. They are simply a "middleman" between the buyer and seller. What is so deceptive is that you don't learn this until after the order is placed and learn who the real seller is. After placing my order to "buy.com" via PayPal I found I'd actually ordered from "entirelypets.com". Through some kind of glitch I found my order had been duplicated and I received 2 order confirmation numbers. I immediately called the "cancellation" dept. of "buy.com" to delete one of the orders and credit my PayPal account. The customer service rep (CSR) told me they would contact the seller, cancel one of the duplicated orders and that they would update me via email. For two days CSRs told me the situation would be resolved. I called the seller (entirelypets.com) and their CSRs told me there was nothing they could do and that "buy.com" had not transmitted any orders. I went back and forth between the two parties for two days. I gave "buy.com" enough time to resolve my issue and they did nothing except give me stories, excuses and lies. The hold time on the phone for customer support was horrendous. The "buy.com" supervisor I eventually spoke to was clueless. Long story short, "entirelypets.com" shipped out the duplicate orders in one shipment despite the fact there were two separate orders and confirmation numbers. What kind of communication was going on between "entirelypets.com" and "buy.com"? Absolute B.S.
