Quicken remortgage experience

When we decided to refinance our mortgage to take advantage of the historically low rates we found that the process was more complicated in response to the housing and financial issues of the past few years. Our initial contact with our existing mortgage service was not satisfactory so we looked for other options. We were aware of Quicken Loans from previous use of their financial records software and decided to give them an opportunity to handle our account.
All of our contacts with Quicken were customer friendly and helpful. They handled our approvals efficiently and were able to understand our retirement income much better than two other financial groups we contacted. Our closing was done at an office just a few minutes from our home and went very smoothly. We have been happy with every aspect of our involvement in this process, particularly the management of the internet-based information and forms. The site was easy to navigate, the forms were easy to understand and complete, and most of them could simply be scanned and emailed or uploaded to our account on their site which made the "paperwork" issue almost non-existent. Our approval was done in only a week or so and the closing was scheduled to fit our needs.
We would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone looking for a customer-focused credit process.
