I got ripped off as a seller: First I paid about $ 5,- more for shipping than what Amazon gave me, shipped the product out the same day via Priority Mail and thought that I had done everything possible to please the buyer who had ordered my product via Amazon. (A power supply) I was really surprised when Amazon notified me a few weeks later that they had taken the money that had been paid for the power supply out of my account saying that the customer was not happy with the product. Obviously Amazon had posted some wrong information for the product - this information comes up automatically for the seller when he enters the part number into Amazon's system. I explained this to Amazon and also to the Buyer and never got a response from Amazon. I believe that they were responsible for the buyer's dissatisfaction. He believed that I had written this information but all what I did was entering the part number. The product description that comes up from Amazon's side can not be edited by the seller. A buyer who buys something on Amazon should know this and see that sellers get screwed as well. I lost the money that I paid for shipping and also the product that I had sent out. At that point I told them to close the account and disburse the balance on my account. I think I have sent them about 100 messages and never get a response. I feel that these are criminals. Well, at least they won't rip me off anymore in the future because I won't do any business with them anymore, even if I have to pay more somewhere else. I won't sell anything on Amazon.com either.
